Black and White Polka Dots

My camera really refused to get a good picture of this! I don't think it liked the GORGEOUS shimmer in Zoya Ginessa!

Base Color- Zoya Ginessa
Dots- OPI My Private Jet (non holo version, sadly.)

I apologize for the blurry pictures, none of them weren't blurry and I really loved the way this looked..oddly the best one was on my phone, see!
